2025 Application OVERVIEW: The George Washington University’s Center for International Business Education & Research (GW-CIBER) is pleased to invite language instructors to apply to take part in the Business Language Case Fellows Program. The program offers a unique opportunity for instructors to get in-depth, hands-on training on how to develop business cases for use in the language classroom. As part of the program, Fellows will produce one full case, as well as associated teaching notes and ancillaries, which will be made available through GW-CIBER’s Business Language Case Clearinghouse portal. In order to encourage faculty, lecturers and graduate students in foreign language departments to add a business-language dimension to their research and teaching, the 17 Centers for International Business Education and Research (CIBERs) have pledged a portion of their Title VI CIBER grant funding to support the Business Language Research and Teaching (BLRT) Awards. In 2017, grants will be awarded to three language professionals at U.S. colleges or universities.
